Role Description

The Managing Partner role is equal to a Assistant Branch Manager where the MP will manage APs [Agency Partners] who are salaried partners of the company and APs in turn will recruit Advisors / Agents & does business through them. They are responsible for​ hiring and mentoring Agency Partners with prime focus on driving AP earnings, team building and sales for the unit.

 Minimum Criteria

•       Minimum Exp: 4 yrs of experience in push sales / managing distribution

•       Maximum age: 40

•       Min Qualification: Graduate

•       Number of “less than 6 month” tenures should not exceed 2

•       Candidate without job will not be shortlisted
