Job Summary:
Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of clients. This includes understanding staffing needs, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure the clients attracts and retains qualified talent.
This role is crucial in building a strong workforce that aligns with the organization's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Understanding the client requirement and utilize various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Job Advertising: Post job openings on the company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internally to reach a wide audience.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Interviewing: Explain the candidate regarding the vacancy and if the candidate is interested, we will do the preliminary round of interview.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Provide hiring managers with a list of qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Finalizing interview: Schedule shortlisted candidates with the interviewer / Client and in the given date and time the candidate has to take up interview.
- Selection: Selected candidates documentation has to be collected post verification of the same CTC negotiation will happen between the client HR and the candidate.
- Onboarding Support: Assist the candidates with Offer acceptance and help with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the clients.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Laptop in good condition with Internet connectivity
- A Mobile Phone with a Prepaid Number and uninterrupted range at home is required.
- Conducive work environment at home
Compensation:
Salary Per Month: Rs 15,000 Per Month + Mobile Allowance + Lucrative Incentives (based on target achievement)
Desired Candidates:
- Seeking freshers with basic knowledge in recruitment. HR internship exposure is most preferred / a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience is preferred
- Language Preference: English is mandatory; Tamil / Kannada is highly preferred based on the work zone.
