Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead and manage the Service to Sales Channel team within the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales performance, and the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

·       Drive new business growth by achieving monthly sales targets across the assigned cluster.

·       Ensure high productivity and performance of the assigned sales team.

·       Recruit, train, mentor, and coach Front Line Sales Staff (FLSS).

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and business penetration.

·       Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the cluster.

·       Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and data protection standards.

·       Prevent mis-selling through effective governance and process adherence.

·       Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports on key performance indicators.

·       Manage team attrition and foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.

Qualification

·       Graduate in any discipline.

·       Experience in Direct Channel or Agency Channel in Life Insurance Sales and Team Handling is mandatory.

Experience: Candidates with experience in Direct Channel or Agency Channel Sales within the Life Insurance industry, along with team handling experience.

Age Limit: Up to 40 Years

CTC: ?8.00 – ?10.50 LPA (Based on Current CTC and Experience)
