Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sitting place in Government bank
- Handling some branches of the bank
- Dealing with single product-life insurance
- Leads from walkin customer, branches and need to Maintain relationships with banking staff
- No competition of any other life insurance company
- Ensure high activation, productivity, and retention of the Advisor base
- Motivate the team to generate business through natural market and references
Package (CTC): Up to 3.9 LPA [Based on overall Experience] + Incentives + Allowances
Requirements:
- Age should be below 36 years
- Min 1+ year in any sales with proper Experience/Relieving letter must
- Two-wheeler mandatory
- Freshers with graduation completed and degree certificate eligible
- Must have 15 years of education (UG Degree must)
